To go even further than the Nano Player Signature, 3D-Lab offers the Nano Player Master, available in Streamer or Streamer/DAC versions.

The Player Master features a dual chassis design with its own dedicated external power supply (not compatible with other Nano products) to prevent electromagnetic interference. It includes an internal 1TB MVMe SSD for file storage or CD ripping. It now offers wireless network connectivity with WPS automatic pairing. Inside, it boasts a return of a dedicated 32-bit/768kHz SRC circuit, a new fully symmetrical DAC with its own dedicated power supply, and exceptional digital volume control powered by LEEDH PROCESSING technology.

For its interface, 3D-Lab offers a choice of applications. 3D-Lab products are compatible with Roon, integrate Audirvana Core internally (eliminating the need for a separate computer), and support JPlay. It’s also possible to use Qobuz Connect, MConnect Player, and Bubble uPnP, for example.

In listening tests, and logically in line with what we’ve come to expect from 3D-Lab, the Master goes significantly further than the Signature; it’s a true revelation. We feel like we’re repeating ourselves with each new product from the brand, but the improvements are evident across the board: the level of detail, the wider, deeper, and noticeably more airy soundstage. The Player Master adopts the architecture of the Nano Transport Master, this time enhanced with a digital-to-analog conversion section of exceptional quality.

Its dual chassis physically separates the power supply from the player to ensure complete isolation of the sensitive circuits and eliminate any electromagnetic interference that could compromise the purity of the conversion.

The onboard processor offers significantly greater computing power than previous generations. It processes even the most demanding audio streams in real time, optimizing each step of the playback and conversion process for absolutely precise reproduction.

The internal storage system includes a 1TB NVMe drive, guaranteeing instant access times and ample capacity, even for the largest music libraries.

The Wi-Fi connection benefits from WPS automatic pairing, making network setup and configuration quick and easy.

The separate power supply, based on Nano Power technology specifically developed for this model, ensures exceptional electrical stability and complete immunity to electromagnetic interference.

At the heart of the device, a 32–768 kHz SRC reformats all digital signals to this exceptional sampling rate before conversion. This process drastically reduces jitter and guarantees unparalleled timing accuracy.
