Neodio TMA, the minimalist amplifier.

Progress can have different faces. On the one hand, there is triumphant technology, with products that are increasingly complex and constantly being upgraded and replaced. On the other, there is a more rational form of consumption, that is mindful of natural resources and sustainability.

The TMA integrated amplifier is the first electronic product in our Blue Program. In line with my personal values, I’m now offering products that are still very high-end, but that are more affordable and even more long-lasting.

In developing the TMA, every effort has been made to ensure that the product has the maximum possible life span. It comes with a 10-year guarantee to the first owner, and I’ve designed it to be easy to repair and, if necessary, upgraded in the future. The TMA is a product designed to stand the test of time.

To achieve this, I simplified everything that could be simplified and went back to the essence of what an amplifier should be: a machine that is faithful to the music and capable of satisfying its owner for many years. It has no remote control or display. Just a switch, a source selector and a volume control. This minimalist approach allows us to focus on design quality, build quality and sound performance…

Square Tube is a new, unique and innovative way to assemble the vacuum tubes to get rid of their limits.

This trademarked amplification schematic opens new technical perspective, but more important, gives striking and surprising results. Musical Fidelity A1, the return of a legend …

We are glad to present to the music lovers, the Musical Fidelity A1 integrated ampliifer!

In Hi-Fi, the Musical Fidelity A1 has become one of the most classic designs – inside and out. First released back in 1985, it quickly made waves for being an absolute beast when it came down to driving some of the most difficult speakers of that time, even though it was actually a rather low powered integrated amplifier. But: it was all done in pure Class A with excellent and expertly laid out discrete symmetrical circuitry topology and using only highest quality components. The A1 showed people that there was more to amplifiers than just high power.

Christiaan Punter’s conclusion:

The Kora TB140 is one of those rare products that truly surprise and I absolutely love it when that happens. It sounds nothing like a stereotypical tube amplifier because it has none of the added warmth, thickness, slowness, or blur that often come along with such designs. But neither does it sound like a traditional transistor amplifier because it has none of the typical solid-state edge or hardness. It strikes a careful balance between tightness, control, linearity, and expression on the one hand, and refinement, fluidity, and air on the other. Meanwhile, the amp has SET-like purity, quite bizarrely combined with amazing bass control, while driving any speaker, even Magico Q5’s. If one prizes neutrality as highly as I do and one does not mind an all-veils-removed, window-wide-open, perhaps slightly analytical presentation, then the Kora TB140 comes highly recommended. But above all, at its price level, I know of no better amplifier, certainly not one that drives every speaker on the market.
